A LITTLE HEAVEN IN '07!
We had our Udall family reunion in Flagstaff, Arizona this year!
It was so fun and there were 80 people! My mom has 8 brothers and sisters and everyone was there this year including everyones children! I am so bad about getting the pictures I want. I didn't get any group pictures. But it was so fun. We laughed most of all and ate. We had funny family skits and we went hiking and mountain biking and fishing and we played games and we chased children around eating dirt and rocks! It was a blast. I am so grateful for my family. I always come back so rejuvenated and strengthened. And my resolve to do what's right is strengthened because I want to be with every single one of them forever!

WEEKEND AT LEAH AND DOUGS!

Me and the boys went early to Mesa before our Udall reunion in Flagstaff this weekend. I stayed with Leah and Doug and we had a little friend get together with all my dear friends I never get to see. I didn't get a big group picture, but Lorrianne Hooper(formally known) and Briauna Tregaskes and Emilee Reece and my old roomate Jennie Whiting and all there adoreable children were there. It was so fun to see them all. I am so grateful for friends!

I took Isaac to D.I. to get some dress up clothes and here are some of the pictures! They love it! I highly recommend it.

SURROGATE SISTERS!

Megan and Katie are my new neighbors! They have become like my sisters. They came over for haircuts and I dolled them all up. They stayed for four hours and we played on the trampoline with the sprinklers and played games and ate watermelon. They have so much fun with Isaac. I adore them! Aren't they gorgeous?!?

Isaac's new scooter he got for his birthday from Grandma Ferrin! He rides it mostly inside because it's too hot to ride outside.

Easton loves it even more! He cries when we make him get off!

MY FRIEND ISAAC!
So it is so fun to have a 3 year old. The other night John was gone late again and Easton was in bed so Isaac and I played on the trampoline. We were laying there looking at the stars and talking. It was so fun. He asked me," how do witches fly?" I told him that witches don't really fly, it is just pretend. Then he asked me how birds fly and I told him they fly because they have wings and feathers. " I want to fly mom"he said. I told him that someday when we live with Heavenly Father he could fly. I then used it as a teaching moment and it just turned out hilarious. I asked him if he knew he lived with Jesus before he lived with mommy and he said yes and then I asked him if he knew Jesus loved him and he said yes. Then I asked him if he knew that I loved Jesus and he goes, " Jesus loves candy! He loves to eat candy! He has teeth and he chews the candy!" I started laughing and told him that he was probably right that Jesus probably likes candy. Then I said " he has eyes and a nose and fingers and hands." And he interupted me and said " Yeah and they poked his hands." And he pointed to the center of his hands. And I asked him if he knew why they poked him and he said, " those bad men poked his hands." And I said yes, but He died so we won't die but live forever. And then because I have been telling him too many "They Lived Happily Ever After.......The End" stories. He said a big "The End!" We laughed and giggled about the silliest things and he kept saying, "You're silly mom." His other new thing is......"But why?" In this sweet little curious voice about everything. And he also says to me all the time, "Mom, I need a favor." and then he'll ask me to do something for him. These are the times when I have to pinch myself because I can't believe I am a mom of such a fun, amazing, little person!

HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY ISAAC!!!!!!!!

Isaac's birthday was a huge success! We had some of our best friends that we have made in L.V. I made fajitas and roasted asparagus and fruit salad. The cake was so fun and turned out delicious. We had a Book Birthday Party. I have always wanted to do this. I had each child bring their favorite book and instead of a game we had story time and shared everyones books. The kids were so cute and pretty attentive. It was so fun. I then sent the kids home with there own book. Isaac got some fun presents including a toy electric guitar with microphone, but can you guess his favorite.......Yep a duck umbrella from his old nursery leader. He was so excited! That night when Isaac was saying his prayers he thanked Heavenly Father for " Steven and Liz and Elijah, Lexis and Caleb, Madison and what's her name ( her mom, Emily), and Mommy and Daddy and Easton, and my birthday cake and birthday candles and my new umbrella and my new house and my blue room. What a wonderful boy! So grateful and so fun! It was a happy day when you came to our family!

PROGRESSION!!!!!
Ok so here it is! We have so much left to do! I still have to paint all the base boards, doors and trim white. But I love it! Are you at all suprised that all my colors are so bold? You know me... Shout it out baby! It feels so warm and bright and happy! And my room is so peaceful. I still haven't figured out how to write under our above each picture, so sorry. So, in my room my friend gave me this gorgeous head board that I am going to hang on the wall behind my bed and paint it chocolate brown like in the other pillows and I still need some curtains and other throw pillows. You would die if you knew what kind of bargains and deals I have wheeled and dealed for my house. Garage sales, craigs list, internet searching. It has been so fun. My mom did that beautiful tile in the bathroom and Easton's room is that same brown as in the bathroom. We also have to finish the bead board and chair rail in the bathroom. I don't know if I am saying that right. Isaac's room isn't done yet, but I will send pictures. And you gotta love the beautiful pictures by none other than Leah! So amazing! I love the big one of Easton!
Now if we could just move from the garage into the painted house!!!!!!! Love you all!!!!!!!!!!!

WE ARE OFFICIALLY IN OUR HOME! AND WE ARE MADLY IN LOVE. WE LOVE OUR WARD! OUR NEIGHBORS! OUR NEIGHBORHOOOD! OUR YARD! OUR TRAMPOLINE! OUR SPACE AND CLEANLINESS! WE TRULY OUR COUNTING OUR BLESSINGS! NOW IF I COULD JUST FIND MY CAMERA IN ALL THE MESS! I WANT TO SEND PICTURES BUT CAN'T FIND THE CAMERA, SO STAY TUNED!

OUR FIRST HOME!!!!!!






Yep! We have been looking for months on end and thought our offers would never be accepted. But finally one was! It's fairly small, aboutg 1200 sq ft. But the floor plan is so open it doesn't seem that small. The yard is huge with a non working spa. We're going to see if we can fix it up.We also have great plans for the yard including fruit trees and a small garden. It was built in 2001 in a nice little neighborhood. It has 3 bed 2 bath and a blessed garage! STORAGE! We have some minor fixing to do in it, but we are beyond excited. We are so grateful and feel so blessed! We have been praying for this since we moved to Vegas. Oh yeah......... they left there grill! Party at the Ferrins!
