FATHER AND SON'S OUTING!

So, John and Isaac had there first father and son's outing. They had it at a place called Valley of Fire. John was so excited he could hardly contain himself. He said he has been dreaming of this since he was a boy. We talked to Isaac alot about it to get him excited, but when he got there he wanted to go home to mommy and his own bed. He didn't want to sleep in the tent. So, the only way John could calm him down was by taking pictures of eachother. (Isaac has a new obsession with the camera) This is only one of MANY pictures they took. But all in all they had some manly bonding time together and came back closer!

The Sweetest Words!

Yesterday for the first time in Isaac's 2 1/2 years, he told me without any prompting at all that he loved me. I kissed him goodnight and told him that I loved him so much and was walking out when I hear " I lub you mommy." AHHHH melt your heart! I started to cry right on the spot. You wait to hear those words and when it happends it truly is the sweetest moment. It makes up for all the tantrum throwing and hitting and yelling stop it mom! and all those other fun things. It truly is worth it all!

A glorious week at Grandma and Papa Herringtons!

Charlotte and Easton!

What a wonderful week with such wonderful people. We picked peaches and pears and made jam and apple butter and apple crisp. We played and laughed and cried and took care of beautiful babies! And what a beautiful place to call home. So quiet and peaceful and lovely!
Easton's blessing weekend!

Yes, he screamed through the whole blessing! But he looked cute!

We spent the day at Mt. Charleston. It was gourgeous! It was hard to beleive we were only 30 minutes outside of Las Vegas!

ISAACS KISSES!!!

So, I can always tell what Isaac has eaten that day by the way Easton's head smells. Two days ago his head smelled like Peanut Butter. Yesterday it smelled like his tooth paste and today it is strawberries. Some days half his head smells like one thing and the other half smells like something else. I am glad he kisses him even if it is a little bit too much! It makese me lauqh. Oh the simple pleasures of life!

Easton at 2 1/2 weeks. So fun!

So, after recieving all of the statements from the hospital we have added them all up and Easton cost a total of 32 thousand dollars to come to this earth. That is one expensive baby, although he has no price really. I am very grateful for insurance which costed a total of 27hundred dollars for nine months. What a blessing!

Is that the scariest thing you've ever seen? That is exactly how I felt!

Brand Spanking new and so amazing!

Welcome Easton Mark Ferrin! Born on Wed July 26, 2006! He weighed 7lbs 8oz and was 19 and a half inches long. His arrival was a little frightening, but he is here and healthy and worth it! I am feeling pretty lousy to say the least, but it will not last forever. We did have an emergency c-section because Easton's heart rate dropped and would not go back up. And then when he was out they realized that my uterus had ruptured in the back which is very unusual and they have no explanations. But I can still have children as long as I have all scheduled c-sections. There are worse things.

Isaac is such a good big brother. He loves Easton and he is such a big helper!

Can you even stand it?

I love these boys! I feel overwhelmed with blessings. It is fun to have your family grow. The more the people the more the love and the bigger the heart grows. I can't imagine how Heavenly Father feels. I want to burst all the time!
